William C. (Bubba) Head is the top DUI defense attorney in Georgia. In 2003, Mr. Head was named the National College for DUI Defense’s 2003-2004 “National DUI Lawyer of the Year” at Harvard University School of Law.
Mr. Head is the senior partner of Head, Thomas, Webb & Willis, one of the nation’s largest DUI firms.
In 1973, Mr. Head received his bachelor’s degree in history with honors from the University of Georgia. He then earned his law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1976. He is licensed to practice law in Georgia and South Carolina.

Mr. Head is involved with numerous legal organizations. He is the former regent and co-founder of the National College for DUI Defense. He is also a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the South Caroling Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the American Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, and the Georgia Defense of Drinking Drivers, among others.
