Attorney Stephen L. Jones is one of the premier OUI/DUI defense lawyers in the State of Massachusetts. He has successfully defended over 1,000 OUI cases, and is the managing partner of the firm of Jones, Milligan & Geraghty.

Mr. Jones is a former prosecutor, who is now known as a nationally-recognized defense attorney. As a published author, Mr. Jones shares his expertise in DUI defense with other attorneys. He authored the Massachusetts Practice Series volume on Drunk Driving Defense for Thompson West Publishing.

A leader in his field, Mr. Jones has appeared on the Today Show, MSNBC, Chronicle, the Discovery Channel, and Inside Edition. He has been involved in several high-profile cases that have been featured on both local and network news.

Over the past seven years, Mr. Jones has chaired the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education seminars on Drunk Driving. Because of his experience and knowledge in the field, he lectures for both the National College for DUI Defense and NACDL across the country. Mr. Jones is also a lecturer on the subject of courtroom testimony at the FBI Academy.

In 2003, Mr. Jones was elected to the Board of Regents of the National College for DUI Defense. He is also a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Massachusetts Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Massachusetts Bar Association. Mr. Jones is currently the only Board Certified DUI defense specialist in the State of Massachusetts.
